Anti-spam safeguards
Last updated September 3, 2026
The product is designed so the safest path is the only send path. These controls apply to the dashboard, assistant, and API alike.
For the contractual rules, read the Acceptable Use Policy. This page explains the product controls behind them.
1Consent before volume
- Every audience stores a declared consent source.
- Large imports enter an operator review queue.
- Purchased, scraped, enriched, and guessed lists are prohibited.
- New accounts cannot send large campaigns while review is pending.
2Identity before delivery
- The From address must use a domain on the workspace.
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC must verify before sending.
- A real sender name and postal address are injected into commercial mail.
3Suppression without exceptions
One-click unsubscribes, hard bounces, and complaints create an account-level suppression record. The address is removed from every audience and future sends cannot override it.
4Reputation circuit breakers
Complaint and bounce rates are recomputed from delivery events. Elevated rates throttle the account, unsafe rates suspend it, and an operator review item records the incident.
5Report unwanted mail
Send the full message and headers to abuse@www.sendkernel.com. We suppress the address and investigate the sender.
